Responsibilities
- Support rocket engine production by working closely with subcontractors and contributing to the development of production processes
- Assist with engine integration efforts and create documentation to support production activities
- Develop MGSE for rocket engines
- Analyze the market for rocket propulsion solutions
- Define high-level technical requirements and contribute to developing product cost models
- Organize and participate in meetings with potential clients to foster collaboration and gather valuable feedback
Requirements
- A technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Solid knowledge of space technologies
- A creative, proactive, and strategic thinker with excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team, handling multiple tasks with ease
- Proficiency in CAD software (preferably SolidWorks or a similar tool)
- Familiarity with production quality processes
- Basic project management skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Nice to Have
- Experience in Systems Engineering and working with technical requirements
- Background in ESA projects and participation in project reviews
- Familiarity with ECSS standards
- Experience with projects at TRL > 6, especially those involving flight hardware
- Knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software
- Familiarity with reliability engineering techniques like FMEA
- Certifications in quality assurance or lean manufacturing (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing)
- Familiarity with aerospace regulatory standards and compliance requirements
