Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead aerospace propulsion projects with international partners and clients
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, and risk register, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery
• Plan and chair technical and customer reviews; maintain all required documentation
• Coordinate cross‑functional engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams
• Support market analysis of propulsion solutions and help define high‑level technical requirements and cost models
• Host client meetings, capture actions, and follow up to ensure smooth collaboration and high customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s in Mechanical, Materials, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years managing technical or aerospace projects (or equivalent engineering experience plus PM training)
• Solid knowledge of space technologies and propulsion fundamentals
• Proactive, strategic thinker with strong communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable working independently and within cross‑functional teams; able to juggle multiple priorities
• Proficiency with project‑management software (MS Project, Jira, Redmine or similar)
• Fluent English, written and spoken

Nice to Have

• Experience in Systems Engineering and working with technical requirements
• Background in ESA, NCBiR, EDA/EDF and European Comission projects
• Familiarity with ECSS standards
• Experience with projects at TRL > 6, especially those involving flight hardware
• Knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification
• Familiarity with aerospace regulatory standards and compliance requirements
